I am really excited about being a Kingdom Factor Coach because it provides a path to ministering to leaders in the marketplace. As a Kingdom Factor Coach, I am looking forward to connecting organizational leaders with peers in their own community. My passion and calling is guiding leaders to achieve excellence through their mission. I believe Kingdom Factor helps Christian business owners/leaders develop their organizational leadership skills and network with like minded followers of Christ. When not engaged with a client, he spends time with his wife, Kristin and 3 teenage boys, Everett, Sammy, and Thomas. If time allows you will find Tom looking for adventure on his Mountain Bike.
